How would you describe your approach to patient care?

I see myself as my patient’s advisor and try to give them all the tools/information to ultimately make the best decision for themselves. I try and balance efficacy with risk and in a cost conscious approach.

What inspires you about your work?

I feel so blessed that everyday I get to be challenged mentally while also serving others and making a difference in people’s lives. This sense of service and purpose gives me so much fulfillment. It is an added bonus that I get to really know my patients and create a bond over time.

What do you hope to accomplish for patients?

I find that healthcare is a team effort between the providers and the patient. To be able to best achieve our goals everyone on the team needs to feel their ideas & opinions are valid and they are being respected.
