The co-pay (co-payment) is a fixed dollar amount that you pay for medical services. Your co-pay will vary depending on the service you receive and your health insurance plan.

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

No, unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid.

Insurance plans cover more of the cost when you see in-network providers. The amount you’re responsible to pay when you get care is usually lower. When you see an out-of-network provider, the amount you’re responsible to pay can be significantly higher.

The amount you pay for covered health care services before your insurance plan starts to pay. After you pay your deductible, you usually pay only a copayment or coinsurance for covered services. Your insurance company pays the rest.

No, the practice does not perform annual preventive care visits.

When the pathologist performs these services, it is generally required to submit the bill separately from the office visit.
